While Sunset Bay Outdoor® is relatively new, we are by no means new to the industry.  Our chief design engineer invented the folding glass fireplace door in the 70’s that is now the industry standard world-wide.

We are a family-owned “Boutique” factory driven solely by product excellence and quality.  From the practical need driven by the way we design and engineer products to the way we hand craft each product using skilled craftsmen working with 100% made in the USA materials.  There are no assembly lines or pre-fabricated parts from foreign countries coming into our factory. Everything is made to order, by hand.  The product is our passion and focus. These are simple, honest sentiments that get lost in board rooms – usually somewhere between executive bonuses and earnings reports.
