1. Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom. However, we have dealers throughout the United States that carry our products. If you are interested in seeing our products, you can call us at 414-567-8736 and we will be happy to provide you with the nearest dealer close to your location.
2. How do I care for my countertop?
Because we only use the best solid surface countertops, clean-up is a breeze! You can simply use soap and water to clean up any spills. (do not use any products that have abrasives in it such as comet, Ajax,) If you accidently scratch your countertop, you can contact your local countertop installer and they can buff this out.
3. I lost my installation instructions for the Heritage collection, can I purchase a new one?
No, you can’t purchase one…..but we can send you one for free! Contact us and we’d be happy to help!
4. Can I add on to my Heritage collection outdoor kitchen?
Absolutely! What makes our Heritage collection unique is that you can add anything….anytime! Our Slide-n-Loc technology allows you to take it apart, add panels, add access doors or even add a panel for a refrigerator! Contact us for pricing information.
5. I bought a fire pit that uses propane, but now I want to use natural gas, do I need a different part?
Yes, if you purchased a fire pit for propane use, you will need a __________ to use natural gas. This can be purchased at any local hardware store.
6. How do I become a dealer of Sunset Bay Outdoor®?

7. I love my Sunset Bay Outdoor® kitchen, but how do I clean it?
This is why our outdoor kitchens surpass our competition, cleaning your kitchen is easy. Because they are made out of stainless steel and 100% aluminum extrusions, means that they maintenance free! It’s simple…..just hose it down and wipe it off….that’s it!
